There is no need to have experience in creating art.
We can sometimes grow up believing that art is reserved for the talented few,
when creative expression has always been a meaningful part of human life.
Through art, we celebrate, commemorate, express, reflect, teach and learn.
The act of creating connects us with our intuitive nature,
often bringing new insights and opportunities for healing.
I am grateful to have completed my Birth Art training
with the wonderfully wise Birthing from Within team,
the original creators of this insightful practice.

Your Birth Art Journey
Birth Art is an invitation to explore your inner world through creativity, journaling, reflection and sharing.
Together, we co-create a space that honours the season of life you are in,
with gentle guidance and intuitive prompts that invite your creative expression to unfold.
There is no need for artistic experience or ability.
The magic of child's play lives here, as you are supported to set your expression free.
What matters is not the creation itself, but what you may experience and discover through creating.
You are welcome to experience Birth Art individually or within the shared experience of a women's circle.
Individual Birth Art
A sacred space for your divine feminine creative exploration.
In our time together, you are invited to step away from your everyday life
as you are mindfully supported to turn your attention inward.
Through the rituals of art, reflection and sharing, we explore what is present for you.
Honouring your experiences and the wisdom that may emerge through your creative expression.
Each session is guided by your individual needs, with space to create, reflect and simply be.
Your Individual Birth Art Journey is a 90-minute session, online or in person.
When you choose this journey, you will receive a written guide and an invitation to share a little more about yourself.
Your sharing becomes the starting point for us to co-create a Birth Art theme that honours your unique journey.
For Online sessions a short list of simple art materials will be included, many of which you may already have at home.
For in person sessions all materials are provided and you are welcome to bring your own supplies if you wish.

Birth Art Women's Circles
A shared space for creativity, connection and divine feminine wisdom.
There is something sacred about women gathering in circle.
The ritual elements holding us safe in our connections.
Together, we co-create a space for creativity, journaling, reflection and sharing.
Honouring each woman's unique journey, while experiencing the strength and support of coming together.
Whether gathering online or in person, each woman is invited to participate in her own way,
with no pressure, comparison, or expectation of artistic experience or ability.
You only share your creation with the group if you want to.
The magic of child's play lives here, as you are supported to set your expression free.
Birth Art Circles are a Two-hour gathering — online or in person.
You are welcome to enquire about creating a Birth Art Circle in your local area,
gathering a group of women in your home or selected venue or forming an online circle.
For in-person circles, art materials are provided, and you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.
For online circles, you will receive a short list of simple materials to prepare.
Birth Art Circle themes may be pre-set for scheduled circles or co-created to honour the individual needs of a group.
If you are curious about hosting a circle with women in your community, in person or online,

Privately arranged circles offer a complimentary place for the host.
In-person circles welcome a minimum of six and maximum of 8 women.
Online circles welcome up to six women.
